RESOLVED, that under the provisions of Section 24, Chapter 3.
Article 4 of the Charter, the Treasurer be and he is hereby directed
to transfer all surplus moneys to the General Fnnd, erpept such. surplus
moneys as may be in the several interest and sinhlng funds and in such
other funds the disposition of said. surplus moneys is otherwise 1, 1.31
for; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the Treasurer be and he is hereby directed to transfer
from the Library
31331 to the General '13331 the .3 of Eight Thousand Eight
Hundred Forty-six and 431/3100 (3,845.40) D ilers; and be it further
'TED, that tne Treasnrer be and ne is hereby directed to transfer
from the initiative Relief Fund to the General FUnd, the sum of Three
Thousand One dred Eighty. and 32/100 (348(.32) Dsllars; and t' Auditor
and the Treasurer are hereby authorized to maks said transfers upon thsir
resyncIive books, as of Jane 30, 1933.
