APPROVING WARRANT NO. 128 OF BOARD OF TERSTEES OF RECLAMATION
DISTRICT NO. 2105.
WE:BREAD, there has haretofore been filed with this Council a request fur approval of a
certain warrant numbered 128 of the Board of Trustees of Reclamation District No. 22E5, and this
Council finds that saio . warrant should be approvedr and
WHEREAS, the issuance of said warrant and the face amount thereof were dul.y authorized
by resolution of said Board. at its meeting held on July 27, 1962. said resolution appearing in
the minutes thereof;
SW, ThEREFORE, BE IT DESOLATED DE THE 1710 OF ERE ELLE OF ALALTMA that the warrant of
the Board of Trustees of Reclamation District No. 21.05 set forth below be and hereby is, approved.
