C'OMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 82-3
DESIGNATING NEWSPAPER OF GENERAL CIRCULATION FOR
THE PURPOSE OF PUBLISHING INFORMATION REGARDING
THE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION
Findings and Purpose:
1. Throughout the planning stages in preparation of a
Community Improvement Plan for the City of Alameda, it will be
beneficial to the public to be informed of the progress in said
planning by publication of information in a newspaper of general
circulation.
2. The Alameda Times-Star is a newpaper of general
circulation within the City of Alameda.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY
IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that The Alameda
Times-Star is designated as a newspaper of general circulation,
which may be used by the Commission for purposes of publication
of all notifications regarding community improvement matters
within the City of Alameda.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed
by the Community improvement Commission of the City of
Alameda ino Special Meeting assembled on the 11th of
October, 1982, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Commissioners Diament, Gorman, Sherratt, Stone,
and Chairman Corica - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed the official seal of said Commission this 12th
day of October, 1982.
