CIC Resolution 84-19COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 84-19 A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA REFERRING THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE PLAN OF THE WEST END COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AREA TO THE PLANNING BOARD OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA FOR REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION WHEREAS, Sections 33453 and 33458 of the Community Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code Section 33000 et seq.) provide that, prior to a joint public hearing on proposed amendments to a redevelopment plan, the redevelopment agency shall submit the proposed changes to the planning commission; and WHEREAS, the Community Improvement Commission of the City of Alameda (the "Commission") has prepared and completed a proposed Amendment to the Plan of the West End Community Improvement Project; NOW, THEREFORE, THE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA DOES RESOLVE that the proposed Amendment to the Plan of the West End Community Improvement Project (in the form attached hereto) is hereby referred to the Planning Board of the City of Alameda for report and recommendation. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adoted and passed by the Community Improvement Comission of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on the 18th of September, 1984 by the following vote to wit: AYES: Commissioners Gorman, Hanna, Lucas,Monsef and Chairman Diament - 5.
