Mayor /Chair Appezzato convened the Joint Meeting at 7:34 p.m.
Alameda High School student David Nayfeld led the Pledge of
Allegiance.

Bond Financing Documents related to the Business and Waterfront
Improvement Project Area. [Catellus Project]
City Council:
(02 -027A) Resolution No. 13425, "Approving Revised Bond Financing
Documents for City of Alameda Community Facilities District No. 4
and Community Improvement Commission Bond Issues, and Authorizing
and Directing Actions with Respect Thereto." Adopted.
Community Improvement Commission:
(02 -002A) Resolution No. 02 -100, "Approving Revised Bond Financing
Documents Relating to the Business and Waterfront Improvement
Project Area, and Authorizing and Directing Actions with Respect
Thereto." Adopted.
Alameda Public Financing Authority:
(02 -001A) Resolution No. 02 -11, "Approving Revised Bond Financing
Documents and Authorizing and Directing Actions with Respect
Thereto." Adopted.
Vice Mayor /Commissioner /Authority Member DeWitt moved approval of
the staff recommendation [adoption of the Resolutions].
Councilmember /Commissioner /Authority Member Johnson seconded the
motion, which carried by unanimous voice vote - 5.
