WITH DEEP RECENT, tho Council cf the City of Alameda records the death of
one of its faithful employees, INMES B. BEAR Assistant General Manager of the Bureau
of Electricity, who had worked for the City since April of 1945;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESGLVED, that, in recognition of Mr. Learts effi-
ciency and leadership in the performance of his duties at the Light Plant, 2. Council
of the City of Alameda hereby expresses its sense of parsonal loss and its sincere
aporepiation for the noteworthy service rendered by this loyal employee.
