An ordinance adopting by reference the uniform building code 1985 edition copyright 1985 by the international conference of building officials with amendments, additions and deletions thereof as the primary code appendix chapters 7, 23, 35, 49, 55, 57 and 70 thereof and uniform building code standards each referred to in said primary code as the secondary code regulating the erection construction enlargement alteration repair moving removal conversion demolition occupancy equipment use height area and maintenance of buildings or structures in the city of alameda providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor and providing penalties thereof and repealing ordinance no 1876 and all other ordinances in conflict therewith
