RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES WITHIN THE
CITY OF ALAIV\EDA BY AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1277 NEW
SERIES; APPLICANT: CITY OF ALAMEDA, R-87-3, THOSE PROPERTIES
LOCATED AT THE GORE OF GIBBONS DRIVE AND FERNSIDE
BOULEVARD, 3126 FERNSIDE BOULEVARD.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City mf Alameda that:
Section I. Section 11-116 of Ordinance No. 1277 N.5., is he
amended by reclassifying and rezonng from C-|, Netghborhood Business District to R-|,
One Family Residence District, all the property situated within the City of Alameda,
County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows:
Assessor's Parcel No. 69-121-10.
Section 2. The abov amendment shall be known as and referred to
as Reclassification and Rezoning Amendment No. 144 to Ordinance No. 1277 N.S.
Section 3, This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the expiration of thirty (30) days frorn the date of its final passage.
