AMENDING TITLE II OF THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE
DEFINING WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS TO INCLUDE ORAL
COMMUNICATIONS
BE IT19pAINfp by the Council of the City of Alameda
Section 1. The Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended
by amending Subsections (1) of Section 2-117 (Rules of Order)
thereof to read:
1. Under the item of business entitled, "Written
Communications", the Council may consider and dispose
of the matter raised by any such writing here or
under "Oral Communications", and may permit the
writer thereof, or his authorized representative, to
address the council on such matter.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the
date of its final passage.

Ordinance was duly and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 19th of July, 1988,
