Adopting the 1988 deition of the uniform mechanical code regulating and controlling the design construction quality of materials erection installation alternation repair location relocation replacement addition to use or maintenance of heating ventilating cooling refrigeration systems incinerators or other miscellaneous heat producing appliances in the city of alameda providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor repealing all other ordinances and parts of the ordinances in conflict therewith
