AMENDING SUBSECTION 11-1354.4 (d), AND RENUBERING SUBSECTION11-1354.4 (d) TO 11-1354.4 (e), SUBSECTION 11-1354.4 (e) TO 11-
1354.4(f) AND SUBSECTION 11-1354.4(f) TO 11-1354.4(g) OF
CHAPTER I , Title XI , OF THE ALAEDA MUNICIPAL CODE.
section The Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended by
amending Subsection 11-1354.4(d) of Article 3 , Chapter 1 of Title
, therefor to read:
( d)Parcels developed with two or more existing single familydwellings may be approved as a Planned Development
subj ect to the following standards:
(1 )The provisions of sections 11-1354., 11-1354.2 and11-1354.3 shall apply.
(2 )Parcels to be subdivided shall be developed with
only single family homes.
(3 )Each parcel created through the subdivision shall
be required to comply with the density requirement
of Article XXVI of the Alameda city Charter.
(4 )No vacant parcels of less than 5 , 000 square feet
shall be created.
(5 )The proposal shall be reviewed for basic health andsafety standards. The Planning Board shall be
authorized to establish conditions of approval.
Section The Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended by
renumbering section 11-1354.4 (d) to Section 11-1354.4 (e) ,
renumbering Section 11-1354.4(e) to section 11-1354.4(f), and
renumbering section 11-1354.4 (f) to Section 11-1354.4 (g) .
section This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of
its final passage.
