AMENDING THE ALAEDA MUICIPAL CODE BY AMENDINGSUBSECTION 30-4.13 (m) (PLANED DEVELOPMENT COMBININGDISTRICT) OF ARTICLE (ZONING DISTRICTS ANDREGULATIONS), CHAPTER XXX (DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS)
RELATING TO PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENTS
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Alamedatha t :
Section 1 The Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended
by amending Subsection 30-4. 13 (m) of Article 1 , Chapter XXX thereof
to read:
Amendments.1. Amendments to Planned Developments shall be subj ect
to review by the Planning Board.2. Amendments to Planned Developments shall be required
under the following circumstances:a. Changes in permitted uses from those authorized
under the Planned Development approval;b. Changes in the permitted minimum lot area andwidth, building height limit , maximum main building coverage., or
yard requirements;
Changes in off -street parking requirements;
Additions to commercial or public uses whichinvol ve more than twenty-f i ve percent
increase in the floor area of existing
structures associated with the use; or
A building or use expansion which, in the
opinion the Planning Director , may have asubstantial adverse effect on adjacentproperty.3. Amendments to Final Development Plans shall be
processed according to the foregoing provisions of this Article.
Section 2 This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the
date of its final passage.
