Ordinance 2830CITY OF ALAMEDA ORDINANCE NO. 2830 New Series RECLASSIFYIG AN REZONING PROPERTY AT 2415 AND 2455 MARER SQUARE DRIVE FROM M-GENERAL INUSTRIAL/MANACTURG ZONING DISTRICT , TO M- 2/PD , GENERA INUSTRIAL/MAN ACTURG WITH A PD PLAND DEVELOPMENT COMBINING ZONING DISTRICT BE IT ORDAIND by the City Council of the City of Alameda that: Section 1.Section 11-116 of Ordinance No. 1277 , N., is hereby amended by reclassifying approximately 5 acres from M-, General Industrial/Manufacturing Zoning District toM-2/PD , General Industral/anufacturing with a PD Planned Development Combining Zoning Distrct , being all the real propert situated within the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California, on the west side of Marner Square Drive, adjacent to the Estuar excepting therefrom the area of Assessor Parcel Number 074-0905-003-01 northerly of the seawall which is within the E Estuary Zoning District , described as follows: Assessor Parcel 074-0905-003-, 2415 Mariner Square Drive Assessor Parcel 074-0905-003-, 2455 Mariner Square Drive Sectieil . 2.The above /amendment shall be known as and referred to as Reclassification and Rezoning Amendment No.187 to Ordinance No: 1277 , N. Section 3.This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of its final passage subject to signature of the Development Agreement.
