CONFIRMING
1310 PACIFIC A VENUE, ALAMEDA,
IMPOSING A NUISANCE LIEN
The City Council of the City of Alameda finds as follows:
1. That on 5, 1995, the adopted

copy of this Resolution to be transmitted to the Alameda County Recorder's Office for recordation
against the real property at 1310 Pacific A venue; and
That the nuisance abatement lien shall be satisfied through payment or foreclosure
upon the death of the Owner or sale (whether voluntary or involuntary) of the property at 1310
Pacific A venue or may be satisfied through payment or foreclosure prior to the death of the Owner
or sale of the property in the event that the property at 1310 Pacific A venue is declared a public
nuisance for a new or additional violation of the Alameda Building Code, Uniform Code,
Alameda Plumbing Code or State Housing Code.
