NO. 1277, N.S. (R -5, General Apartment, to C -2, Central Business District— South- westerly of Intersection of Web- ster Street and Central Avenue) BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF ALAMEDA as follows: SECTION 1. Section 11 -116 of Ordinance No. 1277, N.S., is here - by amended by reclassifying and rezoning from 0 -5, General Apart - ment District, to C-2, Central Bus- iness District, all the real prop - erty situate within the City of Alameda as described below: Commencing at a point on the Southern line of Central Avenue distant thereon North 13' 25' West 13.00 feet from the intersection of said South- ern line with the direct produc- tion Southerly of the Western line of Webster Street, 80 feet wide; thence South 1' 35' West 134.00 feet to the point of be- ginning; thence continuing South 1' 35' West 101.00 feet; thence North 28' 24' West 117,00 feet; thence South 1° 35' West 35,00 feet; thence North 88' 25' West 224.80: feet to a line drawn South 1' 35' West from a point on said Southern line of Central Ave - nue, distant thereon South 28' 25' East 361.00 feet from its in- tersection with the direct pro - jection Southerly of the center line of Sixth Avenue, 60 feet wide; thence along last named line North 1' 35' East 76.00 feet to a point distant thereon South 1' 35' West 104,00 feet from the said Southern line of Central Avenue: thence South 88° 25' East 40.00 feet; thence North 1' 35' Mast 60.00 fees; thence South 88' 25' East 301.80 feet to the point of beginning, and contain- ing 0.018 acre. SECTION 2. The above amend- ment shall be known as and re- ferred to as Reclassification and Rezoning Amendment No. 38 to Ordinance No. 12'77, N.S. SECTION 3.
