Section2.TheAlamedaMunicipalCodeisamendedbyaddingsections6- 7.5(a)6and6-7.5(e)toChapterVIwhichshallreadasfollows: 6-7REGULATIONSFORALAMEDABUSINESSIMPROVEMENTAREA. 6-7.5ClassificationofBusinessandChargesImposed. a.BenefitArea"A". 6.Thereshallbeasurchargeoffourthousand($4,000.00)dollarsperyear addedtothemaximumchargeforanysinglestand-aloneretailgoods businessenterprise,store,ortenantthatexceedsthirtythousand(30,000) squarefeetinsize. *** e.Wheretherearemultipleseparatebusinessesperformingdifferentbusiness functionsandoperatedbydifferentpersonsorlegalentitiesatthesame address,thereshallbeaseparatechargeleviedagainsteachseparate businessatthataddress.
