SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
HELD TUESDAY AFTERNOON APRIL 21, 1964
The meeting convened at 3;30 o'clock p.m. with President Godfrey presiding.
ROLL CALL:
The roll was called and Councilmen Freeman, La Croix, Jr., McCall and President Godfrey, (4),
were noted present. Absent: Councilman Rose, (1).
NEW BUSINESS:

,' Receipt of the Notice and Agenda for said special meeting had been acknowledged by the Council-
men and was on file. The purpose of the meeting was to give consideration to the appointments of
members to the various Boards, Commissions, Committees and Agencies of the City - and to take .
action thereon, if so desired.
[ --' Councilman La Croix moved the Council go into executive session. The motion was seconded by
President Godfrey and unanimously carried. |
After discussing the matter, it was determined that no action would be taken at this time, pending
an indication of acceptance from the several appointees contemplated.
2. There being no further business to come before the meeting, the Council adjourned.
