HELD TUESDAY AFTERNOON AUGUST 1 1961
The meeting convened at 4:30 o'clock p.m. in the Council .Chamber, Room 303, City Nall, Alameda,
California, with President Collischonn presiding.
ROLL CALL:
The roll was called and Councilmen Dungan, Godfrey, McCall, Schacht and President Collischonn,
(5), were noted present. Absent: None.
NFW BUSINESS'
1. Receipt of the Notice and Agenda of said Special Meeting had been acknowledged by each of the,
Councilmen and was on file.

2. The meeting had been called for the purpose of giving consideration to the appointment of mem-
bars of various Boards, Commissions and Agencies of the City of Alameda, and taking action thereon.
if so desired.
At this point, Councilman Godfrey moved the Council go into an executive session for this delibera-
tion. The 'motion was seconded by Councilman Schacht and unanimously carried.
After discussing several prospective appointees, it was determined that no action on any appointments
would be taken at this meeting.
ADJOURNMENT:
3. There being no further business to come before the meating, the Council adjourned.
