HELD MONDAY EVENING, May 22,1933
The meeting convened at 3 o'clock with Vice-president Eschen presiding.
The roll was called and Vice-president Eschen, Councilmen Shanly and
Leydecker, (3) were noted present: Absent: Councilman ivorris and President Murray,
(2).
The Clark offered for filing the notice calling this special meeting
1. by Councilmen Eschen, Leydecker and Shanly. Ordered filed.
2. Councilman Shanly introduced and moved the adoption of
"Resolution No. 1756
"Rescinding Resolution No. 1748"
Councilman Leydecker :seconded the motion and on roll call itwas carried unani-
mously.
3. Councilman Shanly introduced and fr,oved the adoption of
"Resolution No. 1757
"Calling a Soecial Municipal Election to
be held in the City of Alameda on June 27,
1933, and Consolidatinc: Said Soecial Mun-
icipal Election with the Special State
Election to be Held on Said 27th day of
June, 1933."
Councilman Leydecker seconded the motion and on roll call it was unanimously
carried.
There being no further business to transact, the Council adjourned to
meet in regular session Tuesday evening, June 7th, at 3 o'clock.
