1928-06-01 Special CC MinutesSPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA,
FRIDAY EVENING, JUNE 1ST, 1928.
The meeting convened at 7:30 p. m. with Council-president Otis presiding.
The roll was called and Councilmen Calcutt, Niess, Noble and President
otis, (4) were noted present. Absent: Councilman Latham, (1).
The clerk presented affidavit of Police Officer Gully as to the
delivery of the call for the special meeting of the city council to the
councilmen's official addresses, together with a copy of the call. Ordered
filed.
Mr. Neiss introduced and moved the adoption of
"Resolution T:To. 1253.
Resolution of Acceptance and Consent to Recordation,"
(Re Widening of Webster Street.7
Mr. Noble seconded the motion to adopt the Resolution. and on roll call it was
adopted and passed unanimously.
Mr. Noble introduced and moved the adoption of

adopted and passed unanimously.
Mr. Calcutt introduced and moved the adoption of

Mr. Noble seconded the motion to adopt the Resolution and on roll asil it was
adopted and passed unanimously.
Mr. Neiss introduced and moved the adoption of

was adopted and passed unanimously.
Mr. Noble introduced and moved the adoption of

Mr. Calcutt seconded the motion to adopt the Resolution and on roll call it
was adopted and passed unanimously.
There being no farther business to transact the Council adjourned to
meetin regular session Tuesday evening, June 5th, 1928, at 8 o'clock.
