OF TEE CITY OF AILED HELD FRIDAY EVENING; NOVMDER 6TH,
The 'meeting convened at 8 o/ clock P.M. with Council-President Henning
presidirg.
The roll was called ad Councilmen Breersen, Leyciecker, Lurr y, Schaefer
and. PresidEnt Henning were noted present (5) e Absent: Hone.
The Cllirk presented for filinL: the Affidavit of Delivery of Notice of
Special meeting to Councilmen's addressed. Ordered filed.
Mayor Henning explained the reason for the calling of this Speial Meeting,
after which Yr. Leydecker moved that the order of the Council at its meetiftg of
November 3rd, fixing the date of the recall election for Emil M. Brodersen,ke
set aside and vacated. The motion was seconded by Mr. Brodersen and on roll call
carried unanimously.
There being no further business to come before the Special Meetin g, the
Council adjourned, to meet in regular session Tuesday evening, November 17th, 1931,
at 8 o'clock.
