Following Special Orders of the Day of the Regular City Council

Legal Counsel Carol Korade stated that she understood the
Commission's desire that the CIC meeting be held over; however, it
was July 1 of the new Fiscal Year; that the CIC meeting should be
opened to adopt a Resolution authorizing continuing payment,
otherwise Community Development staff could not be paid nor any
bills paid.
Chair Appezzato opened the meeting.
Commissioner Lucas so moved [adoption of a Resolution authorizing
approval of interim expenditures].
Vice Chair DeWitt seconded the motion.
