Chair Appezzato convened the Annual Meeting at 7:36 p.m.
Commissioner Kerr led the Pledge of Allegiance. Elder John
Pillitiere, Alameda Chapel, gave the Invocation.
ROLL CALL - Present: Commissioners Daysog, DeWitt, Johnson,
Kerr and Chair Appezzato - 5.
Absent: None.
MINUTES
(00-29) Minutes of the Special Community Improvement Commission
Meeting of April 4, 2000; the Special Joint City Council and
Community Improvement Commission Meeting of May 2, 2000 and May 31,
2000; and the Special Joint City Council, Community Improvement
Commission and Alameda Reuse 'and Redevelopment Authority Meetings
(Closed Sessions) of May 3, 2000, May 16, 2000, May 31, 2000, and
June 6, 2000. Approved.
Commissioner Kerr moved approval of the Minutes.
Commissioner Johnson seconded the motion, which carried by
unanimous voice vote - 5.
CONSENT CALENDAR
None.
REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS
(00-30) Resolution No. 00-89, "Approving Interim Expenditures
Prior to Adoption of Community Improvement Commission Budget for
Fiscal Year 2000-01." Adopted.
Commissioner DeWitt moved adoption of the Resolution.
Commissioner Kerr seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous
voice vote - 5.
