MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL JOINT CITY COUNCIL,
COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT COMMISSION, AND
ALAMEDA REUSE AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING
TUESDAY - - - DECEMBER 19, 2000 - - - 6:45 P.M.
Mayor/Chair Appezzato convened the Special Joint Meeting at 7:35
p.m.
Roll Call
Present: Councilmembers/Commissioners Daysog,
DeWitt, Johnson, Kerr and Mayor/Chair
Appezzato - 5.
Absent: None.
The Special Joint Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to
consider:
(CC 00-673) (CIC 00-57) Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing
Litigation; Name of Case: Renewed Hope Housing Advocates and ARC
Ecology v. City of Alameda, Community Improvement Commission (CIC),
and Alameda Reuse and Redevelopment Authority (ARRA).
Following the Closed Session, the Special Joint Meeting was
reconvened and Mayor/Chair Appezzato announced the
Council/Commission obtained a briefing from staff and gave
instructions to the City Attorney.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor/Chair Appezzato adjourned
the Special Joint Meeting at 7: 50 p.m.
