AMENDING THE CITY OF ALAMEDA EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT
(EXME) COMPENSATION PLAN BY PROVIDING ONE WEEK OF
ADMINISTRATIVE LEAVE PER YEAR WHICH MAY BE CASHED OUT,
AND AMENDING THE MEDICAL BENEFITS FOR THE
CLASSIFICATIONS OF FIRE CHIEF AND CHIEF OF POLICE TO
MATCH THE MEDICAL BENEFIT OFFERED TO ALAMEDA POLICE
MANAGERS ASSOCIATION (APMA), AND ALAMEDA FIRE CHIEFS
ASSOCIATION (AFCA)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that the compensation
plan for the Executive Management Employees is hereby amended by adding one week
of administrative leave per year, which may be cashed out, and amending the medical
benefits for the classification of Fire Chief and Chief of Police to match the medical
benefits offered to the Alameda Police Managers Association and the Alameda Fire
Chiefs Association (AFCA).
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular
meeting assembled on the 21St day of October, 2014, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Chen, Daysog, Ezzy Ashcraft, Tam and
Mayor Gilmore — 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
