APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 10263
WHEREAS, an application was submitted on July 3, 2014, by Clement Avenue
Property, LLC, requesting approval to subdivide a 6,749 sq. ft. property located at 2533
Clement Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the application was accepted as complete on September 30, 2014;
and
WHEREAS, the project site is designated as Community Commercial by the
General Plan; and
WHEREAS, the project site is located within the NP-WD (North Park Street —
Workplace District) zone; and
WHEREAS, on December 8, 2014, the Planning Board conditionally approved
and recommended that the City Council approve the subdivision of Parcel Map No.
10263; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 10263 was found to be Categorically Exempt from
the review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA
Guidelines Section 15315 (Minor Land Divisions).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Alameda approved Parcel Map No. 10263 for the subdivision of the parcel at 2533
Clement Avenue into two parcels.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular
meeting assembled on the 6th day of January, 2015, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Daysog, Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese, Oddie
and Mayor Spencer — 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSENTIONS: None.
