M. with Council- president Otis presidin The roll was called and Councilmen Adams, Otis were noted present. Absent: None. The minutes of the regular meeting of March 20, 1923 were approved as read. The minutes of the adjourned regular meeting of March 20, 1923 were approved e Probst. Tilden and Presider. obst introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 628. Transferring $2812.50 from the Electric Light T'und to the Interest and Redemption Fund." tham seconded the motion to adopt the Resolution and on roll ca adopted and passed unanimously. 2 V 'Mr. Latham introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: fi "Resolution No. 629. Transferring $1,981.25 from the Electric Light Fund to the Interest and Redemption Fund." Mr. Probst seconded the motion to adopt the Resolution and on roll call it was adopted and passed unanimously. Probst introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: esolution No. 630. Transferring $2,852.53 from the Electric Light d to the General Fund." Mr. Latham seconded the motion to adopt the Resolution and on roll call it was adopted and passed unanimously. Tai The Clerk stated that the time had arrived for the hearing on the reclassifi- cation of the property situated on the southwest corner of Willow Street and Clinton Avenue. Thereupon Mr. Ernest Riess and Dr. Wm. Barclay Stephens, addressed the Council favoring the project. Mr. Andre Fourchy and Mr. G. E. Brokaw spoke for the opponents:.
