to the Interest and Redemption Fund."

Mr. Probst seconded the motion to adopt the Resolution and on roll call it was

Mr. Latham seconded the motion to adopt the Resolution and on roll call it was
adopted and passed unanimously.
The following communications were received:

et and Clinton Avenue. Ordered filed.
From Harry IT Glover, re reclassification of the southwest corner of Willow
Street and Clinton Avenue. Ordered filed.
From G. Ellsworth Brokaw, re reclassification of the southwest corner of
ow Street and Clinton Avenue. Ordered filed.
Tai The Clerk stated that the time had arrived for the hearing on the reclassifi-
cation of the property situated on the southwest corner of Willow Street and Clinton
Avenue. Thereupon Mr. Ernest Riess and Dr. Wm. Barclay Stephens, addressed the
Council favoring the project. Mr. Andre Fourchy and Mr. G. E. Brokaw spoke for the

and on roll call carried unanimously.
There being no further business to transact the Council adjourned to meet
in regular session Tuesday evening, April 17, 1923 at 8;00 o'clock.
