MONDAY" EVENING, MARCH 27TH, 1922.
The meeting-convened at 8 o'clock with Council-President Otis presiding
The roll was called and Councilmen Adams, Latham, Probst Tilden and
President Otis, (5) were noted present. Absent: None.
In the absence of City Clerk, W. E. Varcoe City Attorney, Wm 3 Locke,
was appointed. City Clerk pro tem.
ly/ Er. Latham moved that reconsideration of the action taken by the Council
regarding delay in the publication of the proposed booklet being prepared by
the Alameda Chamber of Commerce be made, seconded by hr. Probst and carried.
2v7 hr. Latham moved that the contract for printing the booklet be awarded
to the Alameda Times Star in accordance with their bid, seconded by Mr. Probst
d on roll call carried unanimously.
3/ hr. Latham introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption:
"'Resolution No. 473,
Requesting County Board of Supervisors to Call an
Election re creating- and haintaining East B
Municipal Utility District."
hr. Probst seconded the motion to adopt the Resolution and on roll call it was
adopted and passed unanimously,
There being no further business to transact the Council adjourned to meet
in regular meeting Tue sday evening, April 4th, 1922 at 8 o'clock.
