The report of the Municipal Electric Light Plant for the month of April, 1910, was
presented and ordered filed.
The Auditor's Balance Sheet for the month ending May 31, 1910 was presented and
ordered. filed.
The Clerk presented receipts showing that he had/deposited the Fifty (50.00) Dollars
received for the sale of the railroad franchise ocer and across Webster Street near its
northerly end, and also, for the $1751 received as premium for the sale of the Munici-
pal Improvement Bonds voted for on April 19th, 1910. Ordered filed.
A continuation certificate was received from the United States Fidelity and Guaranty
Company on the bond of Edward John Simon, employee of the Municipal Electric Light Plant.
Ordered filed.
An insurance policy was received from Hally & Company, representing the Royal
Insurance Company for $2525, insurance on the Corporation Yard and contents, for a term
of three years. Ordered filed.
A communication was received from Oswald Lubbock, City Treasurer and Tax Collector
requesting permission to hdre clerical helr in his office for about three weeks. Mr.
Hammond moved that the request be granted, and that the sun of $3.00 per day he allowed
for such help, seconded by Mr. Bullock and carried by the following vote. A:Nres:Council-
men Christensen, Walker, Krumb, Hammond,Crosby, Ells, Fisher and Bullock, (8). Noes: None.

A communication was received from Oswald Lubbock requesting permission to purchase
four coin trays at a cost of $12.50. Yr. Hammond moved that the request be granted, second-

Krunb, Hammond, Crosby, Ells, Fisher and Bullock, (8). Noes:None. Absent:Councilman

A report was received from F. Bromley Jansen regarding the exerting of the books
of various departments of the City. Mr. Hammond moved that the same be filed, and
that the Finance Committee be authorized to publish the same in the official paper,
seconded by Mr. Bullock and carried.
A communication was received from Wynn Meredith, Electric light Commissioner re-
questing a leave of absence for sixty days beginning June 1st, 1910. Mr. Walker moved
that the request be granted, seconded by Mr. Hammond and carried.
The Oaths of Office of W. F. Schulte, as a member of the Board of Health; Al
Latham, as a member of the Police and Fire Commission and. W. G. Tibbitts as a member of
the Park & Playground Commission were presented and ordered filed.
A statement was received from the Auditor showing the amount necessary to be
raised in the next tax levy to pay the Interest and Redemption on the City Bonds that
would be falling due. Mr. Bullock moved that the same be filed and referred to the
Finance Committee, seconded. by Mr. Christensen and carried.
A communication was received from Beverly L. Hbdgehead, Mayor of Berkeley report-
ing on the conditions touching the Hetch-Hetchy valley water proposition, as regards it
bearing on the Cities on the eastern side of the Bay. Mr. Hammond moved that the same
be filed, seconded by Mr. Fisher and carried.
A communication was received from the North Side Improvement Club containing a copy
of a Resolution passed by the said Club, requesting the Council to pass an Ordinance com-
pelling all property owners, whether residents or non-residents to keep the space between
the cement sidewalks and gutters, as well as all sidewalks free from weeds and rank
vegetation. Mr. Hammond moved that the matter be referred to the Park & Playground
Commission, seconded by Mr. Ells and carried.
A communication was received from the Board of Electricity requesting the Council
to pass an Ordinance giving the Superintendent of the Municipal Electric Light Plant
authority to trim trees on streets where the same interfere with electric service. Mr.
Walker moved that the matter be referred to the Park & Playground Commission seconded by
Mr. Hammond and carried.
A communication was received from the Board of Electricity requesting that the Or-
,
dinance regulating the heighth of telephone wires and cables be amended, so that said
wires and calbes may be strung twenty-five (25) feet from the ground instead of thirty
(30) feet. Mr. Krumb moved that the matter be referred to the Public Utilities Committee,
seconded by Mr. Ells and carried.
G. Pagani presented a request for a Gratuitous License to sell peanuts, and candy.
Mr. Crosby moved that it be granted, seconded by Mr. Bullock and carried.
L. Zunino presented a request for a Gratuitous license to peddle fruit and vegetables.
Mr. Krumb, moved that the same be granted, but subject to the wagon license, seconded by
Mr. Hammond and carried.
Wm. A. Bansbach presented a request for a Gratuitous license to peddle fruit and
vegetables, Mr. Ells moved that the same be granted but subject to the wagon license,
seconded by Mr. Fisher and carried.
H. H. Henderson presented a petition to move a one story frame building from the
north side of Encinal Avenue, about 400 feet east of High Street, to the south side of
Briggs Avenue about 86 feet east of High Street. The same was accompanied by the consent
of the property owners, and the bond in the sum of $200.00. Ordered filed, and thereupon
the Clerk read a report of the Street Committee recommending that the petition be granted.
Mr. Hammond moved that the recommendation be adopted, seconded by Mr. Fisher and carried.
An agreement was presented between W. A. Conneau and Wm. Hamrond, Jr., in which
Mr. Conneau agreed to deed to the City of Alameda a certain piece of property on Lin-
coln Avenue and to remove certain buildings located thereon, to provide for the widening
of Lincoln Avenue, between Oak and Park Streets. Mr. Hammond moved that the same be
filed, seconded by Mr. Walker and carried.
A communication was received from the Park and Playground Commission requesting
authority to build a sewer in Lincoln Park at a cost not to exceed ;350.00. Hr. Bullock
moved t,iat the request be granted, secondee by Er. Hammond and carried by the following
vote. Ayes:Councilmen Christensen, Walker, Krunb, Hammond, Crosby, Ells, Fisher and

A report was received from the City Engineer and Street Superintendent recommending
that the proposed route of the new south side intercepting sewer be constructed in
Eighth Street, from the south end to the north side sewer. Mr. Christensen moved that
the recommendation be adopted, seconded by r. Hammond and carried by the following
. vote. Ayes: Councilmen Christensen, Walker, Krumb, Hammond, Crosby, Ells, Fisher and
Bullcok, (8). Noes:None. Absent:Councilman Probst, (1).
The Clerk presented an affidavit showing due mailing of Notices of Hearing on
petition of Remonstrance in the matter of the improvement of High Street northerly,
from Lincoln Avenue under Resolution of Intention No. 748. 1' . Hammond addressed
the Council stating that Br. Cohen had agreed to macadamize the said street at a later
date, or as soon as the work of improving Fernside Boulevard is completed, and moved
that the affidavit be filed and that the protest of Messrs. Cohen and Gibbons be sus-
tained, seconded by Mr. Ells and carried by the following vote. Ayes :Councilmen
Christensen, Walker, Krumb, Hammond, Crosby, Ells, Fisher and Bullock, (8). Noes:
None. Absent:Councilman Probst, (1).
A petition was presented from C. L. Born, et al petitioning to have the grade of
Peach Street, from San Jose Avenue to Washington Street lowered at least 12 inches.
')rdered filed. The Street Committee presented a report in the matter stating that
they had investigated the same, and found that the grades thereof had been officially
fixed after careful study by a most competent Board of Engineers and recommended that
the petition be denied and that the work of improving said street between said limits
proceed as laid out by the City Engineer on the official grades. Er. Fisher moved
that the report be adopted, seconded by Er. Bullock and carried by the following vote.

A communication was received from Hutchinson Company requesting that they be
relensea from their contract to improve the south end. of Cedar Street under Resolution
of intention No. 747. Also one from T. H. Speddy touching the same subject. Ordered
filed, and thereupon lir. Fisher moved that the petition of Hutchinson Company be granted
and that all action under the said Resolution of Intention be rescinded, and that Er.
Speddy be requested to pay all exTenses of advertising which had accrued in this matter,
seconded by Er. Walker and carried by the following vote. Ayes :Councilmen Christensen,
Walker, Krumb, Hammond, Crosby, Ells, Fisher and Bullock, (8). Noes:None. Absent:
Councilman Probst, (1). Hr. Speddy addressed the Council agreeing to make such payment.
A Plan and Specifiontions were presented by the City Engineer for the con-
struction of a cement sidewalk and curb and curved corner along the frontage of Washing-
ton lark, and the south west corner of Central Avenue and Eighth Street:. Mr. Krumb
moved that they be adopted, seconded by Er. Bullock and carried by the following vote.
Ayes:Councilmen Christensen, Walker, Krumb, Hammond, Crosby, Ells, Fisher and Bullock, (6).

A communication was received from the Street Committee recommending that the City
Clerk be instructed to advertise for bids to construct an artificial stone sidewalk
along the northern side of Washington Park in accordance with the Plans and Specifications
now on file in his office. Br. Hammond moved that the recommendation be adopted, seconded
by Mr. Bullock and carried by the following vote. Ayes :Councilmen Christensen, Walker,
Krumb, Hammond, Crosby, Ells, Fisher and. Bullock, (8). Noes:None. Absent:Couneilman

A communication was received from Cr. W. Emmons requesting the Council to pass a
Resolution of Intention to improve the southern end of Grand Street. Ordered filed, and
thereupon Mr. Krumb introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption:-
RESOLVED, That the public interest and convenience require and that it is the in-
tention of the Council of the City of Alameda to order the following street work to be
done in said city, namely: That the southern extremity of Grand Street, between the
existing seawall at the southern end of said street and a right line 170 feet right angle
measurement southerly from and parallel with the southern line of Dayton Avenue, be
improved as follows:
That a concrete retaining wall be constructed along the western property line of
said Grand Street between said seawall and the edge of the bluff of the high land, the
top of said retaining wall to be 4 inches above the official curb grade; that the entire
width of said street from property line to property line, between said limits, be filled
and graded to the official grade; that concrete curbing, eight inches by fourteen inches
in cross section dimension, be constructed on the curb line e of said street between said
limits; that cement-grouted, rock gutters, 3 feet in width and of the "flat" pattern,
be constructed along the roadway of said street between said limits contiguous to said
curbing; that the remaining portion of the roadway of said street, between said limits,
be macadamized with a layer of broken trap rock 6 inches in thickness.
The Alameda Daily Argus is hereby designated as the daily newspaper published and
cirdulated in this City in which this resolution, and the Street Superintendent's Notice
of the passage thereof, shall be published. The Clerk is hereby directed to publish
this Resolution by two successive insertions in said newspaper, and post the same for
two days conspicuously near the Chamber door of this Council.
Mr. Christensen seconded the Resolution. Mr. Hjul addressed the Connell in this
matter requesting to present plans different from those called for in the Resolution.
The Mayor declared a recess of five minutes to examine the same. On re-convening Mr.
Krumb call for the question on his Resolution and the same being put, was carried by the
following vote. Ayes:Christensen, Walker, Krumb, Hammond, Crosby, Ells, Fisher and
Bullock, (8). , Noes:None. Absent:Councilman Probst, (1). Mr. Hjul was requested
to present any objection he may have to the street work in the proper form.
Mr. Krumb offered the following Resolution and moved its adoption:-
RESOLVED, that the City Engineer be and hereby is directed to make Plans and
Spedifications for the fo7lowing Street work to be done in said City, namely:
That a salt-glazed vitrified ironstone sower, 6 inches in inside diameter with
4 inch "Y" branches and without house connections be constructed in San Antonio
Avenue in a right line from the existing manhole at the crossing of San Antonio Avenue
and Ninth Street along the center line of San Antonio Avenue Two Hundred and Sixteen (
(216) feet westerly from said above mentioned manhole to a point where a new manhole,
shall be constructed hereunder of brick masonry with cast iron top and cover and 8
inch walls and bottom, in accordance with "Plan of Brick Masonry," adopted by the Board
of Trustees of the City of Alameda, January 11th 1897, and on file in the office of the
City Clerk of said City, which plan io hereby referred to and made a part hereof, as per
Resolution of Intention No. 749 , Adopted by this Council April 19, 1910. And t'_at the
Clerk be instructed to notify the city Engineer of the adoption of this Resolution.
Mr. Christensen seconded the Resolution and it was adopted by the following vote. Ayes:

The City Engineer presented plans and Speicifications and thereupon Mr. Krumb
offered the following Resolution and moved its adoption:-
RESOLVED, That the Plans and Specifications furnished by the City Engineer of the
City of Alameda, to this Council for the following Street Work to be done in said City,
namely:
That a salt-glazed vitrified ironstone sewer, 6 inches in inside diameter with 4
inch "Y" branches and without house connections be, constructed in San Antonio Avenue in
a right line from the existing manhole at the crossing of San Antonio Avenue and Ninth
Street along the center line of San Antonio Avenue Two Hundred and Sixteen ( 16) feet
westerly from said above mentioned manhole to a point where a new manhole shall be
constructed hereunder of brick masonry with cast iron top and cover and 8 inch walls and
bottom, in accordance with "Plan of Brick Masonry," adopted by the Board of Trustees of
the City of Alameda, January 11th, 1897, and on file in the office of the City Clerk of
said City, which plan is hereby referred to and made a part hereof, under Resolution of
Intention No. 749, adopted by the Council of said. City April 19th, 1910, be and the
same are hereby adopted and approved. And the Clerk is directed to file the same.
Er. Walker seconded the Resolution and it was adopted by the following vote.

Mr. Krumb offered the following Resolution and moved its adoption:-
WHEREAS, It arrears to the satisfaction of this Council that Resolution of Intention
No. 749 for the work of constructing a sewer in San Antonio Avenue from the existing
manhole in Ninth Street to a point 216 feet westerly from said manhole in the City of
Alameda, adopted by this Council, April 19th, 1910, has been posted and published accord-
ing to law, and that no legal objection to the doine: of said work has been filed with
the City Clerk of said City,
RESOLVED, That the public interest and convenience require and the Council of the
City of Alameda hereby orders the following described street work to be done in said
City, according to the plans and specifications adopted therefor, namely:
That a salt-glazed vitrified ironstone sewer, 6 inches in inside diameter with 4
inch "Y" branches and without house connections be constructed in San Antonio Avenue
in a right line from the existing manhole at the crossing of San Antonio Avenue and Ninth
Street along the center line of San Antonio Avenue Two Hundred and Sixteen (216) feet

said City, which plan is hereby referred to and made a part hereof.
The Clerk of this City is hereby directed to publish this Resolution for two
days in the Alameda Daily Argus, a daily newspaper published and circulated in this City,
and which is hereby designated for that purpose. He is also directed to post conspicu-
ously for five days near the Chamber Door of the said Council, notice of said work with
specifications inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing the work ordered, and to
publish notice of said work inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing the work and
referring to the specifications posted or on file, also for two days in the said
Alameda Daily Argus, the newspaper hereby designated for that purpose. Both of the
said notices shall require a certified check or bond, either as prescribed by law and
for an amount not less than ton per cent of the aggregate of the proposal,and shall
name Tuesday, the 21st day of June, 1910, as the day hereby designated on which up to
the hour of 8 o'clock, p. m., the said proposals or bids shall be received.
Mr. Christensen seconded the Resolution and it was adopted by the following
vote. Ayes:Councilmen Christensen, Walker, Krutb, Hammond, Crosby, Ells, Fisher

Mr. Krumb offered the following Resolution and moved its adoption:-
WHEREAS Winchester Estate Co., by its President C. F. Reindollar, et al. have
filed objections to the grading, guttering, macadamizing, and otherwise improving
Pacific Avenue between 1st and 4th Streets under Resolution of Intention no. 750,
And Whereas, said objections are made by owners of less than a majority of the
frontage involved,
RESOLVED, That said objections having been in the opinion of this Council not
well taken, be and same are hereby overruled.
Mr. Christensen seconded the Resolution and it was adopted by the following vote.
Ayes:Councilmen Christensen, Walker, Krumb, Hammond, Crosby, Ells, Fisher and Bullock,

Mr. Krumb offered the following Resolution and moved its adoption:-
RESOLVED, that the City Engineer be and herelry is directed to make Plans and
Specifications for the following Street work to be done in said City, namely:
That Pacific Avenue from the eastern line of First Street to the eastern line of
Fourth Street and including the crossings of Second Street and Third Street with Pacific
Avenue and including the termination and opposite termination of Fourth Street in
Pacific Avenue be improved as follows: That the entire width of said avenue, from
property line to property line, between said limits, and including said crossings and
terminations, he graded to the official grade; that concrete curbing, eight inches by
fourteen inches in cross section dimension, be constructed on the curb lines of said
avenue and on the curved corners of said crossings and of said opposite termination
between said limits; that cement grounted rock gutters, three feet in width and of the
"flat" pattern, be constructed in the roadway of said avenue between said limits,
contiguous to said curbing,and to said curved corners; and that a corrugated iron,
part circle culvert, set in concrete, with "T's" and manholes with cast iron covers
and rims, be constructed across Pacific Avenue on the eastern side of the crossing of
said Avenue with Second Street, also across Pacific Avenue on the western side of the
corssing of said avenue with Third Street, also across Pacific Avenue on the eastern
side of the crossing of said avenue with Third Street, and also across Fourth Street
in the opposite termination thereof with Pacific Avenue, and also across Pacific Avenue
on the western side of the crossing of said Avenue with Second Street; except that said
culvert last mentioned shall be constructed without "T's" or manholes; that the cul-
verts, "T's" and manholes herein provided for shall be constructed, except as herein
otherwise r ovided, in accordance with "Plan for Corrugated. Iron Part Circle Culvert"
together with Specifications therefor adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda on
the 3rd day of May, 1910, and on file in the office of the City Clerk in said City of
Alameda, which said plan and Specifications are hereby referred to and made a part here-
of; that the roadway of said avenue, between said limits and including said crossings
and said termination and opposite termination, but excepting that portion of said road-
way occupied by gutters and manholes, be macadamized with a layer of broken trap rock
eight inches in thickness.
That portion of said avenue required by law to be kept in order by the railroad
company having its tracks thereon is hereby excepted from the operation of this resolu-

The City Engineer presented Plans and Specifications and thereupon Mr. Krumb
offered the following Resolution and moved it adoption:-
RESOLVED, That the Flans and Specifications furnished by the City Engineer of the
City of AlanedR, to this Council for the following Street work to be done in said City,
namely:-
That Pacific Avenue from the eastern line of First Street to the eastern line of
Fourth Street and including the crossings of Second Street and Third Street with Facific
Avenue, and including the termination and opposite termination of Fourth Street in Pacific
Avenue be improved as follows:-
That the entire width of said avenue, from property line to property line, between
said limits, and including said crossings and terminations, be graded to the official
grade; that concrete curbing, eight inches by fourteen inches in cross section dimension,
be constructed on the curb lines of said avenue and on the curved corners of said cross-
ings and of said opposite termination between said limits; that cement grounted rock
gutters, three feet in width and of the "flat" pattern, be constructed in the roadway
of said avenue between said limits, contiguous to said curbing, and to said curved corners;
and that a corrugated iron, part circle culvert, set in concrete, with "T's" and man-
holes with cast-iron covers and rims, be constructed across Pacific Avenue on the eastern
side of the crossing of said avenue with econd Street, also across Pacific Avenue on the
western side of the crossing of said avenue with Third Street, also across Pacific
Avenue on the eastern ide of the corsaing of said avenue with Third Street, and also
across Fourth Street in the opposite termination thereof with Pacific Avenue, and also
across Pacific Avenue on the western side of the crossing of said avenue with Second
Street, except that said culvert last mentioned shall be constructed without "T's" or
manholes; that the culverts, "T's" and manholes herein provided for shall be construct-
ed, except as herein otherwise provided, in accordance with "Plan for Corrugated Iron
Park Circle Culvert" together with Specifications therefor adopted by the Council of
the City of Alameda on the 3rd day of May, 1910, and on file in the office of the City
Clerk in said City of Alameda, which said plan and SpeOifications are hereby referred
to and made a part hereof; that the roadway of said avenue, between said limits and
including said crossings and said termination and opposite termination, but excepting
that portion of said roadway occupied by gutters and manholes, be macadamized with a
layer of broken trap rock eight inches in thickness.
That portion of said avenue required by law to be kept in order by the railroad
company having it tracks thereon is hereby excepted from the operation of this resolu-
tion, under Resolution of Intention To 750, adopted 'by the Council of said City, May
3rd, 1910, be and the sane are hereby adopted and approved. And the Clerk is directed
to file the same.

Mr. TIrumb offered the following Resolution and moved its adoption:-
WEE:P.7AS, It appears to the satisfaction of his Council that Resolution of
Intention No. 750 for the work of grading, curbing, guttering, macadamizing and otherwise
improving Pacific Avenue, between 1st and 4th Streets in the City of Alameda, adopted
by this Council, iay 3rd, 1910, has been posted and published according to law, and
that objection to the deing of saia work has been filed with the City Clerk of said
City, and duly overruled by resolution of this Council.
REL;OLVED, That the pub7.ic interest and convenience require and the Council of the
City of Alameda hereby orders the following described street work to be done in said
City, according to the plans and specifications adopted therefor, namely:-

spicuously for five days near the Chamber Door of the said Council, notice of said
work with specifications inviting sealed proposals for doing the work ordered, and to
publish notice of said work inviting sealed proposals for doing the work and referring
to the specifications posted or on file, also for two days in the said Alameda Daily
Argus, the newspaper hereby designated for that purpose. Both of the said notices shall
require a certified check or bond, either as prescribed by law and for an amount not
less than ten per cent of the aggregate of the proposal, and shall name Tuesday, the
21st day of June, 1910, as the day hereby designated on which up to the hour of 8 o'clock,
). m., the said proposals or bids shall be received.

A communication was received from F..Hoover,industrial Agent of the Southern Pac-
ific Company requesting permission to lay a temporary track across 7:e1 ter Street where
tme said Company had asked for a franchise. Mr.Bullock noved that the request be grant-

A report was received from the Street Superintendent certifying that the work of
constructing a sewer in Dayton Avenue from Grand Street to the eastern terminus of said
Dayton Avenue and the grading,curbing,macadamizing and otherwise improving Dayton Avenue
from the eastern line of Paru Street to the eastern terminus of Dayton Avenue had been
done by 71i Schumacher under Resolution of Intention No.729,to his satisfaction and in
compliance with the plans,specifications and contract therefor. Ordered filed.
A report was received from the Street Superintendent certifying that the work of g
grading,curbing,macadanizing and otherwise improving Clement Avenue from the western line
of Broadway to the eastern line of Park Street had been done by the Powell Bros Construc-
tion Co.,under private contract to his satisfaction and in compliance with the plans and
specifications and contract therefor. Ordered. filed.
The matter of the Bill entitled "A Bill for Ordinance No. to Regulate the Oper-
ation of Windnills",came up. The Clerk read a communication from R.B.Tappan,Police
Judge advocating the passage of the eroposed Ordinance. Ordered filed. Mr.Walker mov-
ed that action he postponed for two weeks,seconded by :71r. Bullock and carried.
A Bill entitled "A Bill for Ordinance No. To Accept and Name a Certain Lane
and Court",introduced By Councilman Krumb on May 17th 1910,came up for passage and was

A report was received from the Street Committee in the matter of repairs to the sea-
wall of the South Shore Land Company in the neighborhood of the south end of Eighth and
Burbank Street,recomending that the said Company he permitted to repair the said wall
at their own expense and that if at the end of a year's time the work stands the City to
*accept the streets. LIr.Hammond moved that the recommendations be adopted,seconded by
Yr.Fisher and carried.

The Clerk brought up the matter of the sale of wood in LincolnAas ordered at the
meeting of Liay 17th and reportea,that he had not complied with the request on the advice
of the City Attorney as there were other departments of the City which had useless prop-
erty to dispose of and suggested that all such material he advertised to be sold at one
and the sane tine. 1,1-.Hammond moved that the Clerk be directed to ascertain what
useless material was owned by the various departments and advertise for the sale of same
in lulk,seconded by 1r.Ells and carried.
Nr.Hammond,Chairman of the Public Utilities Committee reported in the matter of the
complaint of the telephone poles on Pearl Street,stating that the ordinances of the City
provided that all telephone poles should be located on the west side of cross streets
and that he knew of no way to relieve the situation. 1.a...Xrumb moved that the report
be approved,seconded by 11r.7,rosby and carried.
IJr.Fisher,Chairman of the Public Health Committee reported in the natter of the
complaint against a dairy at the corner of 7,agle Avenue and hay Street and reported that
while the buildings were in a delapidated condition and an eyesore to the neighborhood
that the said dairy was conducted in a clean and sanitary manner and that under the
ordinances of the City nothing could he done. Mr.Krunb moved that the report be appro-
ved,seconded by 11r.Hamnond and carried.
idr.Zrumb moved that the Clerk be directed to communicate with the Oakland Traction
Company and request them to give better transfer service at San Jose Avenue and Park St.
and also to place their roadbed and cars on that portion of their system in Alameda,
running from said corner easterly along San Jose Avenue to and along High ;:treet to San-
ta Clara Avenue,seconded by ::ir.Hanmond and carried.
Nr.Krumb moved that the Clerk be directed to communicate with the Park and Play-
ground Commission and request then to trim the trees in frontof the Sharp property on
High Street,between Central Avenue and. Van Buren :treet,seconded by 11r.Talker and carried.
