1913-04-01 Regular CC MinutesREGULAR MEETING OF THE COUNGII OP THE CITY OF ALA:EDA, TUESDAY,APRIL 1st 1913. The meeting convened with Hayor roll was called and Councilmen Walker,Mac Rae,Hammond,Spence,Stewart and Bill- lock,(6),were noted present and. Councilmen Ells,Eorgenstern and BrolM3t,aisent. The minutes of the meeting of March 1 th 1913,were read and ordered approved. A communication was receeived from the ,Board of El-ctricity requesting that the sum of 2262.50 be transferred from the Electric Licht Fund to the General Fund to pay the interest ara redemption on outstanding Electric Light TIonds. Ordered filed.. Mr.Bullock offered the following resolution and moved its ad.option: RESOLVED,That the sum of Two thousand,two hundred and sixty-two and 50/100 (2262.50) cw Dollars.be,and the same is hereby transferred from the Electric light Fund to th!=:- a,Pund to pay the interest of .1012.50 and Redemption of 0250.00 on outstanding Elec- tric Light Bonds,dne April 1st 1915,and the Auditor and the Treasurer are hereby direct- ed to affect the said transfer upon their respective books. A Bill entitled "A Bill for Ordinance No. 3, New Seires, Adding a new section to Chapter II of Ordinance No. 1, New Series, known as the Municipal Code of the City of Alameda, approv ed. A Bill entitled ."A Bill for Ordinance No. New Series, adding a new Chapter to Ordinance Po. 1, New Series, known as the Municipal Code of the City of Alameda, approved January 113; said new Chapter to be lalown as Chapter XII and having for its purpose the establish- ing of a Police Court in said City of Alameda., which was laid over under the rrovisions of the '_;harter. The Street Committee presented. a report recommending that a six inch iron-stone sewer be c ons true te d from n a manila 1 e in Brush Street two hundred and thirty feet east of 'id Street to a manhole in the crossing of Third and Brush Streets.
