Acting Chair DeWitt convened the Special Meeting at 7:31 p.m.
Roll Call - Present: Commissioners Daysog, Johnson, Kerr and
Acting Chair DeWitt – 4.
Absent: None.
MINUTES
(02-029) Minutes of the Special Community Improvement Commission
(CIC) Meeting of November 19, 2002, and the Special Joint CIC and
Housing Authority Board of Commissioners Meeting of December 3,
2002. Approved.
Commissioner Johnson moved approval of the minutes.
Commissioner Kerr seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous
voice vote – 4.
AGENDA ITEM
(02-030) Recommendation to adopt the CIC Audit, to authorize
transmittal of the CIC’s Annual Report to the State Controller’s
Office and the City Council, and to accept the Annual Report.
Commissioner Kerr moved approval of the staff recommendation.
Commissioner Johnson seconded the motion, which carried by
unanimous voice vote – 4.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Acting Chair DeWitt adjourned the
Special Meeting at 7:37 p.m.
