Commissioner Daysog led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Absent: Commissioners DeWitt and Kerr – 2.
MINUTES
(03-008) Minutes of the Special Community Improvement Commission
Meeting of January 21, 2003. Approved.
Commissioner Daysog moved approval of the minutes.
Commissioner Matarrese seconded the motion, which carried by
unanimous voice vote – 3. [Absent: Commissioners DeWitt and Kerr –
2.]
AGENDA ITEM
(03-009) Resolution No. 03-104, “Approving and Adopting the Report
to the City Council on the Proposed Amendments to the Community
Improvement Plans for the Alameda Point, Business and Waterfront
and West End Community Improvement Projects; Submitting the Report,
Proposed Amendments and Mitigated Negative Declaration Relating
Thereto to the City Council; and Consenting to and Requesting the
City Council to Call a Joint Public Hearing on the Amendments.”
Adopted.
Commissioner Daysog moved adoption of the resolution.
Commissioner Matarrese seconded the motion, which carried by
unanimous voice vote – 3. [Absent: Commissioners DeWitt and Kerr –
2.]
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Chair Johnson adjourned the
Special Meeting at 7:42 p.m.
