Vice Mayor/Board Member/Commissioner Tam moved approval of the
Consent Calendar.
Councilmember/Board Member/Commission deHaan seconded the motion,
which carried by unanimous voice vote – 5.

2007 Third Quarter Financial Report and budget adjustments.
Accepted.
