MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING
of the ALAMEDA REUSE AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
Tuesday, September 15, 2009 - 6:00 p.m.
Mayor Johnson convened the Special Meeting at 6:10 p.m.
ROLL CALL - Present: Boardmembers deHaan, Matarrese, Gilmore, Tam and
Chair Johnson – 5.
The Special Meeting was adjourned to Closed Session to consider:
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR (54956.8):
Property: Alameda Point
Negotiating parties: ARRA and SunCal
Under negotiation: Price and Terms
The ARRA received a briefing from its Real Property Negotiator regarding the status of
negotiations and provided negotiating direction to the Real Property Negotiator.
Adjournment
There being no further business, Mayor Johnson adjourned the Special Meeting at 7:40
p.m.
