APPOINTING SAMANTHA SOULES AS A MEMBER OF THE
TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to
Alameda Municipal Code Section 2-16.2, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
Samantha Soules is hereby appointed to the office of member of the
Transportation Commission of the City of Alameda commencing July 1, 2016, and
expiring on June 30, 2020, and to serve until a successor is appointed and

1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 21 s' day of June, 2016, by the following vote to wit:

Oddie and Mayor Spencer — 5.
