FISCAL YEAR. 1947-1948 AND APPORTIONING 1181 SAME
AMONG THE aEVERAL FUNDS OF THE CITY.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL (111 THE CITY ap ALAMEDA that the rate of city taxes
to be levi ed. for the fiscal year beginning July. 1, 1947, and ending. June 30, 1948,
upon all property- assessed for taxation within the corporate limits of the city.. of
Alameda on the basis of the valuation thereof as shown by the assessment roll in the
office of the City Assessor of said city be, and the same is hereby, fixed at one
hundred and seventy-two cents (174() on each one hundred dollars (4100. of assessed.
valuation.. of said property; and
BE IT FURTHER. RESOLVED that a tax in. the total, amount of one and 72/100
dollars (1.72) be, and the same is hereby, fixed and levied on each and every one
hundred dollars (4100.) of assessed valuation of all taxable property, real and per-
sonal, within the corporate limits of said.. city for the fiscal year 1947-1948; and
1111 IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said tax, and the moneys arising therefrom,
wher . collected, shall be, and the same are hereby, appropriated to and a)port ieed
amnng the several funds, special purposes and bonded . indebtedness of the city here-
inafter designated, in.. the proportion and amounts respectively set forth.. opposite
each such designated fund, special purpose or indebtedness, as follows:

BE IT FITITTHER RESOLVED that an additional special assessment tax in the
amount of4$0.0185 be, and the same Is hereby, levied on each and every one hundred
dollars (4100.) of assessed valuation of all land. only on all ...lands situated within .
the boundaries of Acquisition and Improvement District NO. 1 of the City of Alameda
created. pursuant to the provisions of the "Acquisition and Improvement Act of 1925,
said valuation. to be on the basis of the valuation of said lands as shown by the
assessment roll Co r general municipal taxes of the City. of Alameda for the fiscal
year 1947-1948. Said special assessment tax so levied and the moneys arising there-
from shall. be, and the same are hereby, set aside and appropriated to the "Acquisi-
tion and. Improvement District No. 1 of the City. of Alameda Interest and Sinking
Fund" for the payment of principal and interest which ha become or will become
payable during the fiscal year 1947-1948 on bonds issued. and outstanding under the
proceedings for said district.
BE IT FURTHER 'RESOLVED that an additional special as fax in the
amount of 00.0125 be, and the same is hereby, levIed on.. each. and every one hundred
dollars 4100.) of assessed valuation of land only- on all lands situated. within the
boundaries of Acquisition and Improvement District No. 2 of the City of Alameda,
created pursuant to the provisions of the "Acquisition and Improvement Act of 1925,"
sai8 valuation to be on the basis of the valuation of said lands as shown by the
assessment roll for general municipal taxes of the City of Alameda for the fiscal
year 1947-1948. Said . special assessment tax so levied and the moneys arising there-
from. shall be, and the same are hereby, set aside and appropriated. to the "Acquisi-
tion and improvement District Tic. 2 of the City of Alameda interest and Sinking
Fund" for the payment of principal and interest which has become or will become
payable during the fiscal. year 1947-1948 on. bonds Issued and outstanding under the
proceedings for said district.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that an additional special as tax in the
amount of40.0090 be, and the same Is hereby levied on each and every one hundred
dollars ($100.) of as valuation of land only on all lands situated within the
boundaries of Acquisition and Improvement District No. 3 of the City. of Alameda,
created pursuant to the provisions of the "Acquisition and Improvement Act of 1925,"
said valuation. to be on the basis of the valuation of said lands as shown by the
assessment roll for general municipal taxes of the City of Alameda for the fiscal
year 1947-1948. Said special. assessMent tax so levied and the moneyp arising there-
from shall be, and the, same are hereby, set aside and appropriated. to the "Acquisi-
tion.. and Improvement District No 3 of the City of Alameda Interest and Sinking
Fund" for the payment of principal. and interest which has become or will become
payable during the 1' 500] year 1947-1948 011 bonds issued and outstanding under the •
proceedings for said. district.
