AMENDING THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2016 - 17
WHEREAS, on June 7, 2016, the City Council did adopt a budget representing the
financial plan for conducting the affairs of the City of Alameda for the Fiscal Year
beginning July 1, 2016 and ending June 30, 2017; and
WHEREAS, staff is proposing that Base Reuse Fund (858) revenue budget be
increased by $9,400 and expenditure appropriations be increased by $9,400; and
WHEREAS, the Council has considered the report and recommendations of the
City Manager on the budget amendments and has determined that the budget
amendments are both fair and appropriate; and
WHEREAS, this budget ensures that the City of Alameda has exercised prudent
judgment in its fiduciary responsibility as guardian of the public tax dollars.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
budget amendment-to the City's Base Reuse Fund (858) Fiscal Year 2016-17 Budget is
approved, by changing revenue and expenditure estimates by $9,400 and $9,400,
respectively.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting
assembled on the 7th day of March 2017, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Ezzy Ashcraft, Matarrese, Oddie, Vella and
Mayor Spencer — 5.
NOES: None.

ABSTENTIONS: None.
