REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 3180 IN ITS ENTIRETY
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Ordinance 3180 on June 6, 2017; and
WHEREAS, a referendum petition against Ordinance No. 3180 was filed in the
Office of the City Clerk on June 26, 2017; and
WHEREAS, the referendum required the valid signatures of at least 10% of the
registered voters in the City; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Elections Code Sections 9240 and 9115, the Registrar of
Voters conducted a random sample and found the petition to be sufficient on July 17,
2017.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Alameda:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 3180 is repealed in its entirety.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the expiration
of thirty (30) days from the date of its final passage.
