Provisions for furnishing one (1) new, 1947 or 1948 model, coupe automobile to the
it of Alameda (for the Treasurer's Department), Co. KS 10-47-251 filed in the of-
fice of tho City Clerk on October 22, 1247, be, and the same are hereby, approved
and adopted
RESOLVED, 'PURTHEIR, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
scaled bids up to the hour of 8:05 o'clock F. R. on Tuesday, the 4th day of November
1947, for the furnishing to the City of one (1) new, 1947 or 1048 model, coupe auto-
mobile, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be pre-
sented to tho City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover
and plainly narked on the outside, "Pmops al for Automobile," or similar desiSnatior
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded, subject to the Provisions of the
Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid.
The right is reaerved to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times -Star
a notice call_rt y; for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolu-
tion and of said Spocifications and Provisions.
