filed in the office of the City Clerk December 2, 1957, No. YS 12-17-23, for operat-
ing, refreshment concession in Washington Park, Lincoln Park and in Krusi Park, in
the City of Alameda, California, for the period d. cormencing january 1, 1043, and end-
ing December 31, 1949, be, and the same are heisby, approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 3:05 o'clock, P. T. on Tuesday, Dece!,.�ber 16, 1,047, for
the privilege of operating refreshment concession in Washington Park, Lincoln Fark,
and in Urusi Part, in the City of Alameda, in accordance with said Specifications.
Bids 'must be aresented to tHe City Clerk, in the Citj Hall, in Alameda, California,
under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal for Park Concession''
or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder who sub-
mits the highest and best bid. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times -Star
a notice calling for sealed bids in accordance with the provisions of this resolu-
tion and of said Specifications.

duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assert -bled on the 2nd day of Decenber, 1947, by the following
