(4th Extra Session) has appropriated funds for allotment by the Diroctor of Pinanco
to provide financial assistanne to Moal Agencies defined thorein as counties,
citins or cities and counhios for the purpose K defraying not to exceed one-half
tho cost of proparinS oryineoring filed survoys, engineering or architectlaral de-,
QN and working and detailed drawings and specifications (hereinafter called
PTAK-required for post-war pub2ln vorks projects describod as "specifTc pro-
jects" in said Act; and

and/or the Post War M1 0 Works Review Board, as the case may be, for an allotment
of the State's share of the estimated cost cf proparing the completod plans herein-
