be, and he is hereby, appointed to the office of City Attorney of the City of

BE TT FURT11EM REP]SOLVED that the salary of the office and position of
City Attorne7 of the City of Alameda be, and it is hereby, fixed at the sum of
Q625.00 per month.
BI,,' TT F1,:MT11ER RESOLVED that the office and position of City Attorney
shalT be a MIT time enployment and the incunbent of said office shall devote his
fall time to the Performance of the duties of said office.
BE TT FURTHER RMOMD that the provisions of this resolution shall
supersede those portions of Resolution 7o. 4404 and of any other resoIntion in
conflict herewith, and all such conflicting provisions are, to the extent of suclIn
conflict only, hereby rescinded and annulled.
BE, !T FURTIFER RESOLVED that this rosolution shall be in full force and
effect on October 16, 1951.
