WHEREAS, the sum of 1201000.00 has been expended from the General Fund.
of the City of Alameda forthe purposes of traffic control and regulation, and
the purchase, installation, supervision, protection, inspection, maintenance and
operation of parking meters;
NOW THE REFORE1 BE 17 RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF A1J%D,1T',DA
that the sum of '020,000.00 bel and the same is hepeby, transferred from the
Parking Meter Fund to the General Fund.
!he Auditor and the Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to
make said transfer on their respective books.
il the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 13th day of December, 1951, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Anderson, Branscheid, Bio res, Sweeney and President
Osborn, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
