WHEYEAS, Central Pacific Railway Company, a Utah corporation, and its
Lessee, Southarn Pacific Company, a Delaware corporation, are willing to grant
to the City of Kameda an easement for sewer purposes in the loneral vicinity
of U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Monument "Wobster", being on land which ad-
joins a parcel of land on which said corporations granted a similar easement to
the City under date of August 10, 1051, recorded September 10, 1951, in Dock 6538,
page 443, Official Records of Alameda County; and

ment has been submitted to this Council and said Council is familiar with the
provisions thereof; and

should obtain said easement for sewer purposes;

that said - supplemental agreement be entered into and that the Mayor be, and he
is heioby, authorized ard, directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the
City, and the City Clerk is authorized to attest the same.

duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 15th day of January, 1952, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Anderson, Branscheld, Jones, Sweeney and
