the Council of the City of Alameda did, on the 15th day of
spril, 1952, adopt its Resolution No. 4564 of preliminary determination to make
inprovenents without compliance with Jivision 4 of the Streets and HiZhways Code;
and
said aesulution has been duly published and posted in the
maLner provided by law, and as directed by said Hesolution, as appears frim
the affidavits of pabiication and posting on file in the office of the City
Clerk; and

for hearinS, and one persons filed written objections to the things pro-

said time set for hearing, as said Council duly heard all persons desiring to be
