Mayor/Chair Ezzy Ashcraft convened the meeting at 7:01 p.m.
Councilmember/Commissioner Boller led the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL - Present: Councilmembers/Commissioners Boller, Daysog,
Jensen, Pryor and Mayor/Chair Ezzy Ashcraft— 5.
Absent: None.
CONSENT CALENDAR
Councilmember/Commissioner Jensen moved approval of the Consent Calendar.
Vice Mayor/Commissioner Pryor seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous voice
vote - 5. [Items so enacted or adopted are indicated by an asterisk preceding the paragraph
number.]
(*25-05 SACIC) Minutes of the Special Joint City Council and SACIC Meeting Held on
February 18, 2025. Approved.
AGENDA ITEM
(25-242CC/25-06 SACIC) Recommendation to Accept the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Audited
Financial Statements and Compliance Reports.
The Acting Finance Director gave a brief presentation and showed a page from Exhibit 1.
The City Auditor gave a brief presentation.
Vice Mayor/Commissioner Pryor moved approval of accepting the report.
Councilmember/Commissioner Jensen seconded the motion, which carried by unanimous
voice vote - 5.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Mayor/Chair Ezzy Ashcraft adjourned the meeting at 7:11
p.m.
