Mayor/Chair Ezzy Ashcraft convened the meeting at 7:06 p.m.
Councilmember/Commissioner Jensen led the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL - Present: Councilmembers/Commissioners Boller, Daysog,
Jensen, Pryor and Mayor/Chair Ezzy Ashcraft — 5.
Absent: None.
CONSENT CALENDAR
Councilmember/Commissioner Daysog moved approval of the Consent Calendar.
Councilmember/Commissioner Jensen seconded the motion, which carried by
unanimous voice vote - 5. [Items so enacted or adopted are indicated by an asterisk
preceding the paragraph number.]
(*CC-282 /SACIC-07) Minutes of the Special Joint City Council and SACIC Meeting
Held on May 6, 2025. Approved.
(*CC-283/SACIC-08) Recommendation to Accept the Investment Transactions Report
for the Fiscal Year Quarter Ending March 31, 2025. Accepted.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Mayor/Chair Ezzy Ashcraft adjourned the meeting at
7:08 p.m.
