Resolution 16294 CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 16294
APPROVING A REVISED EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT
COMPENSATION PLAN FOR THE PERIOD COMMENCING JULY 1,
2025 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2027
WHEREAS, the Executive Management Compensation plan (EXME) has been submitted
to this Council; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda has fully examined said proposed
Compensation Plan, a copy of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, and thereby finds
and determines adoption of said documents to be in the best interest of the City; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda has considered the financial impact of the
proposed Compensation Plan on various City funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Alameda that
said Council hereby approves and adopts said Compensation Plan; and.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provision of this Resolution shall supersede any
other resolution in conflict herewith.

adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in a regular meeting assembled on the
1st day of July 2025, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Boller, Jensen, Pryor and Mayor Ezzy
Ashcraft—4.
NOES: Councilmember Daysog — 1.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTENTIONS: None.
