REAPPOINTING ANDY WANG AS A MEMBER OF THE
PLANNING BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to Alameda
Municipal Code Section 2-8.2, and upon nomination of the Mayor, Andy Wang is hereby
reappointed to the office of member of the Planning Board of the City of Alameda for a
full term commencing July 1, 2025, and expiring on June 30, 2029, and to serve until a
successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 1st day of July 2025, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Boller, Daysog, Jensen, Pryor and Mayor
Ezzy Ashcraft — 5.
