Following the Closed Session, the meeting was reconvened and the City Clerk announced that
regarding Real Property, staff provided information and Council provided direction with no vote
taken; regarding Steeltown Winery, staff provided information and the City Council provided
direction by unanimous voice votes—5; and regarding Port of Oakland, staff provided information
and the City Council provided direction with no vote taken.

There being no further business, Mayor Ezzy Ashcraft adjourned the meeting at 7:07 p.m.
